Prime Minister and Defense Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha disclosed that he has emphasized at the cabinet meeting the importance to promote Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy as the Government’s key policy in 2021 to lead the country out of the middle-income trap and create sufficient income, especially for those in the agricultural sector.
