We sat down with Phạm Thị Thu Diệp, the newly appointed Country General Manager of IBM Vietnam, to discuss the growth of Việt Nam’s IT sector in 2021 and how IBM will play a part in this overall picture.
First of all, congratulations on your new position as Country General Manager for IBM in Việt Nam. Let’s start our conversation by focusing on the area that you have been leading at IBM for the last decade – software, cloud and cognitive. How would you comment on the growth of cloud and AI in recent years?
